We are a team of psychotherapists leading men's groups to help men connect deeply and live more authentically. All of our therapists also offer individual therapy. We currently have 6 ongoing psychotherapy groups that meet weekly. We offer groups that are in-person, online, and mixed. One of our groups is specifically for East Asian men; the rest are open to men of all ethnic/racial backgrounds. Most of our groups also include an annual retreat in May, which gives men from several groups a chance to come together as a larger community and deepen their connection at a scenic location near Grass Valley, CA.
